With aviation industry experience spanning over 30 years, Mrs Victoria Bamidele Shin-Aba brings a wealth of knowledge and professional skills to the business of Trans Africa Aviation Consultants Limited.

Starting as an Officer, Mrs Shin-Aba attained the highest professional cadre of General Manager in the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

Technically, her responsibilities as General Manager in FAAN covered a wide range of aerodrome activities including land side and air side operations; terminal building operations; apron control and management; cargo operations etc.

Under her tenure as Regional Manager of the busiest airport in Nigeria, Murtala Muhammed Airport, the airport witnessed remarkable developments and milestones including, modernisation, improved service delivery and aerodrome certification.

Administratively, Mrs Shin-Aba demonstrated a high level of competence in the coordination of the various agencies at the airport and the handling of the day-to-day operations of the airport.

Her academic and professional qualifications include; a B.Sc (Biology-Education), from the University of Lagos, NCE (Biology/Chemistry), Oyo State College of Education, Osun, CILT Advance Diploma, International Airport Professional (IAP), Global ACI-ICAO Airport, Management Professional Accreditation Programme (AMPAP).

Mrs Shin Aba has also participated in many courses, workshops and seminars and is affiliated with many professional bodies including, the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT), UK, Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria (CIPMN), Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE).
